Try oiling your hair 3-4 times a week with olive, coconut, almond, or jojoba oils. This help to nourish your hair and scalp, giving it strength.
It is important to keep your hair clean and moisturized. Washing 1-2 times a week will ensure that your hair is getting the attention it needs. Keeping your hair clean towards the end of the pregnancy may become difficult, and you may need to ask your partner or family for assistance.
